“The staff is the shining star of Emerald Resort. The resort is in need of updating, it has a great location and all the rooms face the beach but it is rundown. Which gives off as not being clean. At breakfast one of my travel companions' breakfast came with butter packets and one of the butter packets had already been used. Plus the sugar bowl had empty packets in it and the jelly packets had food smeared on the bottom which says they reuse them for other guests.”

“This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here.”

“The staff was not friendly at all and the air conditioning to the room was broken. Unbeknownst to me, my room had been switched to another room and I was yelled at by housekeeping to leave immediately. When I went downstairs to inquire they told me I needed to pay the difference for the room and they had no record of me being on the premises.
