Completely renovated in 2024 and fully equipped, you’ll enjoy staying in this practical and comfortable apartment with a colorful and harmonious decor.

The duplex includes a small equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Microwave combination oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a living room with a sofa bed on request (recommended for children/teens), a TV, a dining area, and a separate toilet. A beautiful bedroom with a superior-quality Queen-size bed (160/200 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs.

That this apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building without an elevator, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or difficulties with stairs. Located in the St Léonard district, this central location allows easy access to the port, restaurants, bars, markets, and museums by foot.

You will have access to a private parking space located directly beneath the accommodation, suitable for standard-sized vehicles.

Ayant un enfant de moins de 3 ans, j avais choisi ce lieu car il y avait un parking prive associe au logement . Pas de chance car les travaux en cours dans la rue ont rendu impossible l acces au parking. Donc galere chaque soir pour decharger la voiture et trouver une place allentour, bien sur payante!!!
