✨ Transparency note: The building itself is a bit old and would benefit from a complete renovation (quotes are already in progress, but this takes time). We prefer to inform our dear guests in advance so that there are no surprises upon arrival. Rest assured: the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and in much better condition than the common areas.
