âI had a wonderful time at The Arca. Check in & out was fast and easy. My room was beautiful, great view of the pier harbour, everything you need for a wonderful stay is included - expresso machine, mini fridge, clothes hangers, umbrella, bathroom was spacious. âThis is an amazing hotel! You feel so incredibly welcome and it's like being among family and friends. So nice people working and doing their apprenticeship there. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. When coming to Hong Kong again, we would absolutely stay there again.â

âComfortable hotel with good location. Nice room that is relatively large for Hong Kong. I was particularly pleased with the hotel's minibar-policy. Too many hotels charge ridiculously high prices for snacks and drinks from the minibar, but Indigo seems to want some turnover on that front as well. Great!â

âReally helpful front-desk, everything was easy amd smooth, even when ordering up some items. The only thing was there was no ammenities, which seems to be a thing in HK.
You can refill your water bittle and get some hot water for tea or coffee on the 19th floor. As well as a small gym for some simpler workout.
