It is always our mission to provide the most comfortable environment to our Hotel’s customers. That being the case, however, such noise from the mentioned construction site was entirely out of our Hotel’s control. It is because the construction site was neither part of our Hotel’s premises nor under our Hotel’s management. As such, while we deeply regret that it may have caused discomfort to you, such situations were out of our control and expectation.
