All staff are fantastic and the service is great everywhere. Unfortunately the 1-star Michelin Restaurant, Man Wah, was a total disappointment and the price and quality of food and beverage in general was extremely expensive and poor all over the hotel if you compare with hotels in the same level in Hong Kong. Another disappointment was that it was not possible to get a late check out time without paying for an extra night.

Fab service from all involved people, always trying to reach up to all your expectations and requests. Especially apoteciate the Concierge desk (ex Simon) and how helpful and knowledgeable they are. My fav hotel in the region

Vi checkade in tidigt och fick ett cortesy room i väntan på vårt ordinsrie rum. Ett fantastiskt hotel som inte lämnar något övrigt att önska.

Lives up the name but wifi?!?!
Wifi costs!!! This was the only hotel at this class that charges for the wifi during my stay. Well... It is Mandarin so very nice, comfortable with good facilities. Concierge was not very good with the restaurant rekommendation for our first night however they tries to make it up for it by sending us a box of chocolate which was nice.

You stay there for the service really!
The best service I've ever experienced. They will go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are good, but nothing spectacular, as is the view. The hotel could also do some refreshing. But really superb and deserves its 5 star rating!

It’s a real 5-star experience throughout from the moment you check in, being greeted by the staff and offered the welcome drink. The room is beautiful with a great view of Central Pier and the Ferris Wheel. The staff is very attentive, courteous, professional and beyond your expectation!

Great for family, business and a must stop in HK
It is one of the best places to stay, hands down. From the staff, the view, the location, the silver mug beer @ Capitans, you can’t really say you’ve been to HK if you have not been / stayed at the Mandarin.

This is one of the best hotels in the world that I've stayed in. I reserved a junior suite which, unlike most hotels, was actually a suite and not just a larger room. The executive lounge was also excellent.
