Overall place was clean, very good location to downtown hood river. The constant issue we seem to have with all the VRBO’s we have stayed at recently is the bedding. We had trouble locating the appropriate sheets, this is where the manager line came in handy, She was very helpful. The reason for the 3 stars on the cleanliness is the king bed fitted sheet had blood stains on it, you could tell the sheets had been washed as they were faded but it still gives you the icks. The comforter for the main pull down bed also had a comforter that had a giant brown stain (not coffee). We opted to use a dark blue comforter that the manager helped us locate. I’m sure this was washed as well but again the icks. We were only there 2 nights so we made the best of it. Seems these big companies that bought up rentals can’t properly clean/replace bedding. Honestly, we pay enough to rent these places, go to Walmart and replace the bedding after every few guests. We had an issue this summer in a different city with a different company. This will be the last VRBO for us.

Hood River Trip

We visited our daughter in Hood River and had an awesome trip. The property was in an excellent location and made it easy to get to restaurants & attractions. Home was very clean and had off street parking. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and setup.

Love staying in this complex and this unit was great. The murphy bed in the living room is a much nicer option over a pullout couch. Makes it easy to stow away when not in use. Clean and super easy process to both check in and out. Location is perfect. Within walking distance of anything downtown, but just outside of it where it quiets down a lot and parking options.
