“Property is beautiful and in a lovely setting. Strange set up where I received an email saying my booking was at risk as I’d given incorrect card details to secure the booking. Payment was due to be taken on arrival. Turns out the hotel needed payment up front and this is why we received the email. This seemed unprofessional and a little odd. “Everyone should visit Manor House and West Bexington. Quiet, personal and good for your soul. The rooms (or the room we had) had a somewhat poorer standard than the common areas. But net and clean and I had the best night sleep at Manor House during my vacation. Staff and locals made you feel at home and cared for at the best way possible. ”

“Absolutely loved our weekend at the Dower House! Amazing location surrounded by nature, the building is so beautiful and our room was huge and had every comfort. All the things you don't find in chain hotels are here - four poster bed, comfy sofa, coffee table and chairs sat amongst a wonderful backdrop, dark and quiet at night for a great sleep. And not to forget the amazing and genuine owners, Tim and Rosemarie, and Teresa who served a great breakfast ”
