Denna fantastiska villa definierar stranden chic at its best! Huvudbyggnaden och dess två separata vingar omger poolen. I hjärtat av denna fastighet finns gourmet köket och stora, lyxigt inredda vardagsrum och formella matsalar. Köket öppnar ut mot en skuggig veranda där middagar utomhus är en glädje! Bef��lhavaren badrum har sin egen flygel för fullständig sekretess. Den innehåller en sittgrupp och omklädningsrum. Det finns en king size-säng, ett nedsänkt badkar med separat dusch, satellit-TV och tvättmöjligheter.
Den motsatta flygeln har två badrum sovrum p�� bottenv���ningen som öppnar ut till pooldäcket. Det finns ett gemensamt vardagsrum med pentry. På trädgården finns det två ensuite sovrum med kungar och ett litet pentry fullbordar det!

Den medföljande bryggan kan rymma en 27 "båt med en 10" str��le.

We felt like the kitchen was well stocked and suited for cooking in. Bedrooms are all great. Our only complaint was that we didn’t have any hot water for 7 days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Breezy Palms for 11 nights at the end of August and beginning of July to celebrate my Mom’s Retirement. There were 4 adults and 2 children and we have tons of room and space. The house is perfect for large groups and the location is even more perfect. Being close to Sea Spray (where we kept our boat) was amazing and having the constant Atlantic wind blowing kept us nice and cool. The caretakers were the most responsive and most helpful I have ever seen and I have rented well over 20-25 rental homes over the years. We enjoyed the house and our stay. Thank you Breezy Palms!

Reviewer Comments: Our party had four couples and one teenager and there was certainly enough room and privacy to make the stay very enjoyable. The house was very close to Tahiti Beach and the dock. Definitely a golf cart ride to Hope Town proper. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and spices - not always the case in rentals - so we were able to grill and cook many nights. The pool cushions could probably use a refurbish, but that is a minor issue. Great rental, highly recommend.

The ladies that checked us in were very nice and helpful as were the folks at Elbow Cay Properties when booking. I have a few suggestions for your consideration:1. You might consider sending out an email a little earlier than 1 week out regarding specifics for check in. Mostly so that those that have booked several months in advance have comfort that they are dealing with a reputable company and will have a place to stay when they get there.2. With respect to the house itself the WiFi coverage is only reliable in the main house. This can be addressed simply and cheaply with WiFi extenders to ensure coverage in the guest rooms, especially those downstairs. Also the blender is on its last leg and needs replacing; it will turn on and off without prompting so the only safe thing to do is keep it unplugged.

The separate living/kitchen area was perfect for those who wanted to stay up late as well as the 7 month old baby who was an early riser! Patty the property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to minor issues with the house. The house was spacious and comfortable but the kitchen appliances could definitely be updated. Overall we loved the house and it was a wonderful week.

Having all king size beds and everyone having their own bathroom was perfect for our needs. Sunrise is beautiful. So sad to see all the trash on the beach that washed up out of the ocean. My daughter picked up trash bag full. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Home seems tired, but overall the space was great, giving our grown boys their own space.
