  • Coconut Row är ett helt nytt 3 sovrum 2 badrum hus ligger 1 km söder om den vackra Hope Town, Abaco Bahamas. Huset byggdes av en av Abacos bästa byggare. Andrew Russell Construction. Otrolig finish arbete och uppmärksamhet på detaljer.

    Detta vackra hus ligger 5 'över marken, p�� en sluttande sluttning, erbjuder en veranda för att njuta av havsbrisen. Inredningen är smakfullt inredd med varv, porslin och ett öppet koncept kök och vardagsrum. Det stora sovrummet ligger nere och har en rymlig queen size-säng, på badrum och garderob. 2 extra sovrum är på övervåningen, ett med en queen size-säng och den andra med en Full-Over-Full storlek våningssäng med en extra tvilling trundle dra ut. De delar ett sovrum på övervåningen, med en dubbel fåf��nga och duschkabin. Hela huset har central luftkonditionering, helt nya apparater och en backup generator.

    Detta nybyggda hem ligger på en vacker fastighet, som ligger en hel del fr����n havet. Mindre än 2 minuters promenad till stranden och den pittoreska stranden restaurang och bar, On Da Beach. En mataffär (LVA Grocery) ligger bekvämt mindre än 1/4 av en mil bort. Den historiska uppgörelsen av Hope Town ��r en 5 minuters golfbana / cykeltur.

    Privat brygga, som ligger i stan strax norr om Cap'n Jacks bakom Iggy Biggy Boutique, ingår i hyra, begränsad av en höjd bredvid lite mindre än 10 '.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been fortunate to stay at Coconut Row 5 times in the past 2 years while we build a home of our own on the island. Coconut Row has worked perfect for us whether it is just me and my husband or traveling with our grown kids and friends. It is such a cute cottage but also well built, clean, well equipped and the generator always works. We have only needed to contact the property management once and they were very helpful and quick to respond. The location is outstanding- right next to On da Beach and LVA grocery- and a quick ride to town. This house is a gem- highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire process, from check in to check out was great. The house is clean and new. The location is one street off the beach. We rented a boat from barefoot rentals for the week and a golf cart from hopetown rentals. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The area restaurants were open south of hopetown. Everything in town is still recovering from the ’ll get there. A lot of progress has been made. Coconut Row is great and will be better when they fix the generator.

This is our favorite ’s beyond comfortable, the kitchen is perfect and well stocked for any meal! To sit on the front porch and listen to the waves was so relaxing and we cannot wait to come back. You will love everything about this cottage...don’t hesitate!

Adorable & welcoming beach house

Great house overall. TV's were not hooked up, but that really didn't matter to us as we wouldn't have used them for more than half an hour anyway. Other than that, we don't have a single complaint about the house and absolutely loved the design and thought put into it. We would absolutely stay here again. If you stay in this location, a golf cart is really necessary as it's in the middle of the island between downtown and the resorts/beaches to the south. You can ride bikes instead, but with the hills, that's probably only recommended for people who are relatively in shape. Thanks for a great stay. We are looking forward to returning!
