“Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. ”

“The room we stayed in was a bit tatered and needing some attention. Sink area was cracked and in need of repairs. The door to the toilet/shower area was too big and hard to close once in the bathroom. ”

“We look forward to our valentines stay here. The food is delicious. There’s a gorgeous truffle display at check in. The staff is always above and beyond and it’s quiet. Even the hot tub has a quiet relaxation. The heavenly bed is the best sleep and lounging. We love to just relax in it after dinner and fall asleep. Definitely recommend!!”

“Generally a nice hotel with friendly staff, especially David. The room itself was not very modern and quite noisy. They had a guest hour with a complementaty drink which was a nice feature. The breakfast was okay but unfortunately they ran out of different thing every day, even basic things like plates and butter.”
