“Was a unique experience! Hot tubs in the lobby is not something you get to see or experience at other hotels. I see why this hotel gets 9/10 stars; breakfast is hardy and free, rooms are spacious and clean, staff is helpful. Minus 1 star because the artificial trees and plants in the lobby need upkeep and cleaning. We did have trouble with the ATM machine giving us less than requested and charging us for requested amount. Hotel did call the company but it has not yet been resolved. So just be...
