“They could of been a car park with the hotel but therexwas not and i think it is wrong thatcwe had to pay for car park aswell ”

“Very clean, amazing hotel, love the decor, love all the fancy lights in the rooms. Shower could of been hotter. Plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet, only thing we couldn't work out was the coffee machine pod. There was noise coming from outside but that was from the binmen I believe and it was at 6 30am on a Sunday morning , which I didn't want waking up at that time. Other than that it was a comfortable night and will be back again”

“The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Food options for breakfast and in the restaurant consisted of a good choice and were perfectly cooked by Barry. Advertised as a B&B, they have a licensed bar and evening restaurant which elevated it's level of amenities. Would definitely book again.”

“Although I’ve marked everything as excellent, I have to point out that the signature plus townhouse double room is accessed by a steep set of stairs into what was the basement. However it is a very nice room and the bathroom, again accessed by more stairs down (5), is also lovely. If this was pointed out on the Expedia website, I missed it. “Very nice clean and town very accessible ”

“Ample parking, lovely looking hotel. Our room was a bit on the small side,the area to access the sink was incredibly tight. My husband had to be at an angle making shaving impossible. Thankfully it was fine for one night but anymore could have been problematic.”

“Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...
