“I had a great stay. It’s a very nice apartment. Central, immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Full cooking and washing facilities for short or longer stays. Big smart tv in the lounge. Friendly and easy communication with the owner who wants you to have the best stay possible. ”

“The place was nice the house was excellent clean tidy and the host was so helpful we enjoyed it there we were 12 people and was best trip for us the shops coop and beach and Tesco were nearby and taxi private were so nice would I go again yes most definitely would I recommend it yes highly thanks”

“Beautiful place with kind and helpful hosts. Very comfortable and close to town and beach.”

“Loved our overnight stay. This was a lovely tough of luxury from the hot tub and swimming pool to the complimentary mini bar. Would have liked to stay longer.”

“Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). Had its own ‘orangery’ and small garden. Loads of blinds to close, some of which were broken and the orangery outer doors had no blinds. “The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep.”

“Decent enough hotel for sleeping whilst working away for 2 nights.”

“Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby.”

“Good and clean hotel with a nice Italian restaurant on bottom floor. Service is good and clean rooms. The breakfast is cheap but very simple. Worth the price!”

“It was a great stay”

“Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car”

“Just came back after a 2-night stay. The place was easy enough to find and we didn’t struggle for parking either, location is great. However, as it is self check-in there isn’t anyone around. Everything is done via text messages and code locks. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests had left. I let the person at the other end of the text messages know, and we were “upgraded” to another room (slightly larger and had a bathtub instead of a shower). This ...

“All as expected, central location. Not far from car parks/railway and bus station. Staff all lovely and very helpful . Bar very popular. Room comfortable and clean.”
