"This place is fantastic, so if you are visiting Lofoten, book at least one night in this small village. The breakfast, pizza and the bakery buns…wow! We will go back to Lofoten, and this place is on the list to revisit. We had to leave one day early due to illness, but we said on the way back home that this is top 3 for us compared to other hotels that we have visited round the world. "

"It's a nice place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. But they have lots to learn. The website says the parking is free, but it also says it's charged per night. When emailing them asking if it costs or not, you get the reply "no problem" - and when asking again you don't get a reply. My booking included breakfast, but the hotel first refused to honour that claiming that it's not included if you stay in a rorbu. I showed them the booking confirmation, but since the staff didn't know Norwegian they didn't understand Swedish. They let me have breakfast the first morning, after a long and very questioning discussion, but with a reservation that I had to pay if they couldn't find that I had paid for breakfast (as if the booking confirmation wouldn't be enough...). The following day I got a pretty rude excuse "yeah, you were right, it was included in your rate". Seriously, is that how you should treat paying guests? Also, the bread situation was terrible, the cups for tea were so tiny and many of the things were running out. "

"Fräscht och fint boende, dock inte wc/dusch på rummet, fanns dock flera wc/dusch som delades med andra boende, dessa var mycket fräscha och prydliga. Mycket trevlig personal och god mat i restaurangen Vi lämnade hotellet tidigt på morgonen innan frukostbuffén var dukad, restaurangen fixade varsin rejäl frukostpåse"

"Very nice location close to the sea. But the apartment was in bad shape. Lots of broken stuff. The coffee machine was broken. The door handle to the toilet was broken. Bad ventilation inside which made the windows and door soaking wet in the morning. It was cold but not surprising since there was only one small radiator. Bad sound insulation, it sounded like the people on the floor above was moving furniture all night long. The equipment in the kitchen did not meet normal standards. For example there was only one pot and one wine glass. In a three bed room that is. By the way, the pot lid was for a smaller pot that did not exist. Poor cleaning with hair in the beds and dust behind the drawer. The sink in bathroom was clogged and it smelled a bit like moisture damage in there. It was difficult to contact the empoyees. No answer by phone on the day of check out. Overpriced. Half the rate would be more appropriate for this place."
