  • Lake LBJ is a constant-level lake. Always Full. Always Fun.

    Morning coffee on the upper deck watching the lake wake up, kids kayaking in the calm cove, everyone piling into the pool after lunch, and the game room crowded by 9pm. This mid-century modern home in Horseshoe Bay sleeps 14 across 4 bedrooms plus a game room daybed, has a pool and hot tub, three outdoor living spaces, 3 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a game room that nobody wants to leave.

    Marble Falls is 10 minutes away with two wine tasting rooms, dining, shopping, and two golf courses within 15 minutes. Need a longer stay? Ask us about monthly rate discounts.

    Lake views from the living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked, or fire up the propane grill right outside. The kitchen table seats 8 and doubles as a poker table, puzzle station, or board game spot.

    The game room is where the night usually ends up, full bar, ping pong, foosball, Smart TV, daybed with trundle, and complimentary popcorn.

    The cove water at the house is about 3 feet deep. It is not ideal for swimming, but perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. The main lake is 100 feet away. Trailers cannot park at the house per HOA rules. LBJ Yacht Club is 5 minutes away at $15/night. Horseshoe Bay is right around the corner but we do not have access to their resort amenities.

The property was very peaceful. The field next to the property was providing privacy as well as a serenity feeling. Hot tub was perfectly heated at the right temperature and the pool was very enjoyable. A very lovely property with lots of activities offered for kids all ages. With the paddle boards and kayaks outside plus the ping-pong table and fuss table inside the kids had a blast. Definitely a property to remember.

Peaceful lake retreat

We enjoyed being able to sleep in, fish and kayak. The pool was fabulous and the neighborhood was peaceful. Amenities were super close !

Lucy on the Lake was Great!

The property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and is perfect for a large family getaway. We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday party here with extended family and it was great - kayaks and ping-pong table were heavily used and it's really close to a great restaurant called Bay View (with excellent views of the lake).

Amazing weekend getaway

This was a great weekend with family and friends for my sons birthday. The house was just as pictured and had something for everyone to do. The location was perfect and we had a lot of fun on the lake.

Beautiful lake house

Beautiful location, so much room. Games room a huge success. The pool area was great, access to lake perfect. Highly recommend for large family gatherings. A wonderful experience.

This house was exactly what we needed for our large group! Plenty of places to sleep and hang out. Love that we were able to dock our boat also! We will be coming back!
