“Rooms were spacious and nice ”

“Third time we’ve been and each time the jacuzzi was out of order, didn’t realize there was an outside one. That would have been more enjoyable than the indoor one anyway. People were helpful, but even with the open balcony door, it was a little warm overnight. Also, different stops for different elevators was confusing for a while, at least for this old man! Thanks for an enjoyable visit to CB.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. “Attention to detail”

“The place was okay, but there seemed to be only one guy to check in with or go ask questions. There’s not even really a “front desk” to this hotel. Room furniture was adequate but uncomfortable. Kitchen was supplied with basic appliances. Overall no complaints but the place was not what I would call high end.”

“Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.”

“Great location and an exceptionally comfortable room. It was our second stay here. Unfortunately, there was an EDM concert in the lowest level of the property (a bar). It was loud until well after midnight. ”
