You’ll have the best of all worlds at Vista Grande! With only a half-flight (7 steps) to enter the condo, you’ll still be rewarded with breathtaking views of Lake Hamilton. Be sure to take advantage of the spacious balcony, with a fun and comfy egg chair swing as well as two additional side chairs and a convenient table for your drinks.

The community pool and sundeck is open during the warm summer months and offers a relaxing day outdoors. Couples may steal away for a romantic picnic near the lake. Fishermen can cast a line right from the dock.

Boating is a popular pastime here and if you’d like to spend a day on Lake Hamilton, you can rent a boat at the Hot Springs Marina just 5 minutes away. If you prefer to bring your own, we have a covered boat slip available at no extra charge.

We designed our condo to take full advantage of that mesmerizing view! Our living room has amazing floor-to-ceiling windows all the way across, so no matter where you are in the great room, you can always enjoy it.

Our condo is decorated in the warm colors of nature with rich wood floors and mid-century modern furnishings. Curl up in the side chair with your book or mobile device or stretch out on the sofa, as you stream your favorite show on the 65” Smart TV, complete with WiFi, DIRECTV, and Netflix.

The fully-equipped kitchen has been decked out to provide everything you need to prepare a simple snack to a full meal. It features new stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a tiled backsplash, and Keurig coffee maker, complete with Starbucks coffee. The peninsula bar for 2 serves as your dining area, offering a spacious surface upon which to enjoy your meals.

The cozy bedroom features a king-size bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets, dressed with beautifully coordinated bedding in tones of coral, blue, and white. For those guests who enjoy some late-night TV before bed, the 40” Smart TV offers DIRECTV and Netflix. If you’re more the “read until I can’t keep my eyes open anymore” type, you’ll definitely appreciate the convenient dual nightstands and lamps.

The bathroom offers a freshly-tiled tub/shower, plenty of fluffy, high-quality towels, and hotel-sized toiletries.
