There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with assorted pots & pans; small kitchen appliances; washer & dryer, and seating for 4. The beautiful, landscaped, fenced yard offers lots of seating areas and places for your furry friends to play and roam. There is carport parking and a parking space for an additional vehicle. This home is a self check-in property with a unique door code provided to each guest. There is outdoor lighting, iron fencing with gates, sitting areas, small grill, small fire pit, picnic table, and a lounge chair to enjoy the outdoors.

Carport Kitchen Entry - includes table with Seating for 4 with an overhead ceiling fan, crockpot, coffee maker and pod brewer that is Keurig compatible, coffee and pods provided, assorted pots/pans, knives, utensils, basic spices, portable stainless-steel island, glassware, plates, handheld can opener, ect. dish soaps, towels, gas stove with oven, large microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge with ice maker, bottled water and condiments provided.

Laundry area - located in the kitchen and includes whirlpool full size washer and dryer, basic laundry supplies, laundry basket, broom/dust pan, iron and small table top ironing board.

Living Room - 2 comfy chairs, futon sofa that makes into a small sleeping area, ceiling fan, tables, secretary desk, wine rack, and 50" Smart TV with Roku services.

Full Bathroom - all bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup towels, soaps, hair dryer, and basic toiletries provided.

Bedroom #1 - Queen size bed with small TV with amazon fire stick, touch lamps with USB charging ports, ceiling fan, closet with extra blanket, hangers, and luggage rack.

Bedroom # 2 - Queen size bed with small TV with amazon fire stick, touch lamps with USB charging ports, chair, ceiling fan, closet with extra blanket, hangers, and luggage rack.

Outdoors - side yard has covered seating area with ceiling fan, 32in TV with Roku services, fencing, picnic table, and lounge chairs. Back yard area has additional seating with a small charcoal grill (starter kit provided) and a small fire pit. The front yard has a table and seating from other areas can be moved to accommodate.



This is a NON-SMOKING Rental. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only, please no littering.





This is a PET FRIENDLY rental, Pet fee is required if you are bringing pets, up to 3 are allowed. Water and food bowls are provided for our furry guests. Please pick-up after your pets.
