Convenient Yet Quiet
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was convenient to everything in Hot Springs and to several hikes we planned to do, but it was also quiet and peaceful. The property owner Deb was very helpful and proactive in her communication and offered lots of advice on things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

picky traveller claims this is the best VRBO ever!!
booking this property in hot springs it looked idyllic and we were so looking forward to visiting. in person, this property is even better than advertised! it is situated in the most beautiful setting imaginable and just oozing curb appeal. inside, it is tastefully arranged and every possible necessity has been thought of and it is very spacious and clean. we hot-tubbed, cooked, read, watched some television and relaxed inside of the home. hot springs is a wonderful little town to explore and we loved watching the hardcore hikers walking through the town as they hiked the appalachian trail. we also drove 'the rattler' to waynesville and lake junaluska and loved being immersed into this beautiful landscape for miles and miles of 'crazy' road. as my title notes, my husband is very critical of the homes we stay in when we travel and for the first time he could only say positive things about this property. we did not want to leave!

Wonderful Place!

Stayed 2 days here while visiting Hot Springs. Location is maybe 5 min. From the town center. Very clean with a hot tub that we enjoyed under the stars. Great property

Wonderful Location!
What a clean & well equipped rental! Everything needed & more! Well laid out for many! 2 adult couples, a small family, group of friends, etc. Nice yard space & the hot tub was lovely! Also, you cannot beat how close you are to town! Such a quick & easy drive. If you're looking for something else to do other than the mineral baths ... Do not miss Llamas of Hot Springs! What an awesome experience! Lastly - go to Iron Horse! Delicious!!

Relaxing dog-friendly country cottage
My wife and I and our dog really enjoyed our long weekend at Deb's cottage. Excellent communication pre-arrival, flawless checkin, sparkling clean house, well equipped kitchen, great hot tub, detailed information on the house and the surrounding area all made for a relaxing stay near Hot Springs. Hopefully it's available next time we're planning a visit to the area!

Awesome stay
We have stayed at several Vrbo homes and this was definitely very accurate to the pictures and better than expected. Very clean, quiet and everything we had hoped for. Very close to the cute friendly town of Hot Springs. Would highly recommend.

Perfect family getaway!
Deb's place was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. The space was just right. The house was very clean and well equipped! The location is perfect - across from the river, close to the AT and downtown Hot Springs. We enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub at night when it cooled off outside too. Bathrooms can be tricky in rentals but the bathroom at Deb's house is really nice (and had great water pressure in the shower which is hard to come by!) I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We were very pleased with the setup, cleanliness & amenities included with this vacation rental. There were so many nice touches like coffee provided & robes for the hot tub. Plenty of towels & toilet paper we’re great as well. Clear descriptions of how to arrive & depart/checkout. The host is great with communication. You can’t beat the beautiful front porch view & we loved the gorgeous flowers also. This was our second stay & definitely plan to return again in the future! No complaints whatsoever.

Great Relaxing Stay
Very clean property with a great setup. The property amenities are very thought out. The front porch view is amazing and very little traffic. If anyone was wondering there’s about a cord of very seasoned wood for the fire pit. Having the hot tub elevated and detached from the home is a great move, ambient light is basically nonexistent and the stars are very bright. If you’re looking for a very nice small mountain town home to relax in and enjoy the town and trails, this rental is for you.

Indeed delightful
We absolutely LOVED our stay at Delightful Cottage! Extremely convenient to hot springs resort barely a hop and a jump. The front porch view is of the river and mountains. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds simple clean decor. All the supplies we needed. Can’t wait to come again

Adventure Vacation on the Perfect Cottage
This property overlooks the French Broad river, is surrounded by activities such as hiking and rafting and is one of if not the cleanest place I have ever been. The front porch has magnificent view of the mountains and my wife and I cancelled our plans to goto Ashville the first night we arrived and just hung out on the porch and relaxed with some wine until it was time to make a fire and then hit the hot tub under the stars. The town of Hot Springs had all you need! A bar, convenient store, brewery and places to dine or get something quick to eat and best of all, it is 1/2 a mile away. The cottage is super clean, has every convenience and had a brand new Weber charcoal grill. We loved how close the hikes were and will be back for the water sports. The owner was great to work with and communicated with us early and often. We WILL be coming back to this cottage!! I highly recommend, 5 stars!

Friends hiking at Hot Springs
Two friends 60+ yrs of age spent four wonderful days hiking near Hot Springs. Two days on the App Trail - a long awaited dream! Then two days on other trails. We absolutely loved the area. The cottage was perfect - quaint, totally functional, perfect location, and that hot tub saved our sore bodies!!

Perfect little cottage in the mountains
We had a great stay in Hot Springs. The cottage was perfect for my wife, daughter, me and our small dog. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable (bedding and bathroom) and the gas fireplace and hot tub just add to the comfort. The location is great; just minutes to town and close to many hiking trails. We will definitely be back.

Well-maintained, comfortable property
This two bedroom house was an ideal base of operations for a wedding we attended in the area. The Hot Springs area is quite quaint and has several restaurants from which to choose. The entire area is very picturesque, with the French Broad River running right in front of the cottage. The owner covered all the bases before and during our rental. Very satisfied.

Deb was a great hostess. She gave excellent directions and suggestions as what to do locally. They also take extra precautions for viruses, etc. She keep cleaning supplies on hand if needed. The cottage was very clean and well stocked with all your essentials. The location is perfect with a beautiful view! Look no farther if you are visiting Hot Springs... this is the place to stay!!

This very homey cottage has it all - great location, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, great water pressure, easy check in/out and a hot tub! We had a blast in the area and were able to do so much!! Absolutely Awesome!
Pictures don't even do the view from the front porch justice! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic essentials and the kitchen was full of everything we needed to make simple meals. Communication with the owner was easy and she always responded very quickly. Instructions were very clear as far as use of hot tub and the condition of how you should leave the house. Would highly recommend a stay at this Vrbo.

Ladies motorcycle trip a success!
Ladies motorcycle trip a success! Due to the wonderful accommodations we had our ladies motorcycle trip was a huge success! It was so nice to come home and enjoy the conveniences of home yet feel like you’re in the wilderness as well! We spent many hours in front of the location staring at the gorgeous view that sat right in front of us. The home was just the right size and the convenience of a washer and dryer and a great shower was awesome! Deb was great to work with and answered all her questions in a timely fashion. I would stay at this location in a minute! The only slight drawback that there was was the gravel driveway . We were on motorcycles which made it a little difficult but Deb helped us work around it. Definitely not a showstopper. Probably more of an indication that I need to practice moving my motorcycle on gravel. The town was a cute town and lots of fun rides in the area. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the hot tub but I’m sure it would’ve been awesome.

We arrived at this adorable cottage tucked in the blue ridge mountains, hoping to get away for a birthday celebration. We were more than thrilled with the house and hot tub. Cottage with a View
We have always rented cabins before at lakes, Gatlinburg, and Hot Springs....our favorite place I might add. We recently found out our beloved dog has cancer and we wanted to make sure she got one more trip to the mountains so kind of a last minute booking. We found a cabin that had trails and a waterfall but would only accommodate 2 with absolutely no exceptions and our older son wanted to come with her so we booked the cottage instead. It was absolutely wonderful! You can set on the porch and listen to the French Broad river, listened to the birds sing and watched a squirrel play from the Hot Tub, and the bed was very comfortable. This cottage is very clean, neat, and well stocked with extras you may need. Pictures didn't do it justice. Would highly recommend! And there's still plenty of trails nearby our fur baby got to enjoy. She loves Max Patch.... she always perks up and stares at the views! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.... this is the place to go and this cottage is the perfect stay! Thanks soo much for sharing it with us.

Peace and quiet with card games
Had a great 3 nights where the cottage was very clean and all necessary items supplied. The attention to details was obvious. Hot tub was so enjoyable. Loved the fireplace. We all slept well and comfortable. Had great view of the river and only short drive to Hot Springs.
