It was a great stay!!

The property was as listed. The house met our needs. It was eight of us and it was more than enough room. We would definitely stay at this location again. If we’re in the area again I will look to see if the property is available first before looking elsewhere.

Great Location

Really enjoyed the stay. Great Location! House is quite dated and needs lots of cosmetic updates. Had planned to cook some meals but bare minimum pots and pans and very old. A bunch of guys so we made do. Wives would not have stayed here. House was clean for the most part and beds were comfy. The place worked for a bunch of guys on a golf outing.

Thanksgiving family reunion

Owner was surprised to see us moved in to the unlocked house. Some miscommunication with booking site, I guess. Lot of room for sleeping!! And the beds were quite comfortable. Wood floors and shared spaces made for some noise issues with our multigenerational group, but we had a great time getting together.

Close to downtown

This house is close to downtown Hot Springs, and was easy to there and back. Plenty of room and beds for the whole family. We went on vacation with my husband and I, and our kids and grandkids. So it is nice to be able to stay together. The only down side was there isnt much seating in the living room, but the pool table kept everyone entertained. Also the bathroom in the master only has a short saloon door, so that was a little weird. The house is definitely vintage and cute.

Retro House

Spacious home with plenty of dining space. Kitchen drawers need lining or something (due to rust). The bedrooms need dressers for clothes storage. Outside landscaping needs improvement. Owner was very responsive to our requests.
