Bellview Cottage - MOUNTAIN HOUSE VACATION RENTAL

This charming mountain house, finished in 2022 is located in the Sheep Meadow neighborhood within the Homestead Preserve. Situated overlooking a spring fed pond with rolling mountains and professionally maintained landscape, this peaceful retreat is just a stone's throw from the action - a 1/2 mile walk to The Omni Homestead Resort, with easy access to the resort's new wedding venue (currently under construction) and 3/4 a mile from downtown Hot Springs.

The first floor of the house has a cozy living room with a double sided natural gas burning fireplace that is operable from inside + outside on screened porch, a dining room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with a full bath. The living room looks out over the pond + covered porch. The house has Wi-Fi so it's easy to stay connected with all your electronics. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the culinary tools you need to create fabulous home cooked meals.

The bottom floor has two bedrooms, a full bath and a central family room. The back facing bedroom has a queen bed and the corner bedroom has two twin beds. (perfect for kids) The queen bedroom features windows on the front side of the room for taking in the views of the pond and mountain breezes.

The home features three smart tv located in both the main + bottom floor living rooms + one on the screened porch.




Enjoy all the activities that Bath County has to offer with a large assortment of hiking/biking trails, golf, guided / self guided fly-fishing, bird watching, and fine dining; or just enjoy chilling out at the house. In addition, guests of Bellview Cottage have access to Homestead Preserve amenities at The Old Dairy Community Center in Warm Springs, including outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, game room, spa & sauna located nearby the historic Warm Springs Pools. This is the perfect retreat for wedding venue attendees, families, bird lovers, golfers and hikers alike.

Perfect home

We recently stayed at Bellview cottage to attend a family member's wedding. The house is in a great location. Plenty of room and very clean. We all enjoyed the putting green out back too! I would highly recommend this home.

This house is beautifully decorated. My favorite feature was the fireplace as you can see it from the living room and the enclosed porch. The swing on the bottom level was the next favorite. The home is spacious and I look forward to staying here again.

Winter Wonderland Girls Trip

To say this was the BEST girls trip would be an understatement! The house is GORGEOUS inside and out! The views are breathtaking and you are so close to the Homestead. Think it took us 3 minutes to get there as the neighborhood takes you right down. The home is well stocked and beautifully decorated. Loved the 2 sided gas fireplace and also the putting green outside was so much fun. Check in was a breeze and the realty company is super responsive and wonderful. We will be back next year for sure. The house is close to the best restaurants in the area and of course the Homestead. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space for our girls trip. All around fantastic stay in a gorgous home that was clean, stocked and well cared for. We even got to see some light snow!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house with great views in a lovely setting. The outdoor spaces were especially nice including a screened porch, back porch and large patio area with fire pit. Highly recommend!

Bellview was Perfect!

This is such a charming property - fresh, charming, clean, and beautiful views! Also what a fun surprise to have the baby swing and the little putting green in the backyard. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the house as we were there for a wedding. Will definitely remember this for future trips!

Family getaway

MI & PA Family gathering

Everything was wonderful. The house was immaculate. The views were beautiful Everything seemed brand new. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fun to use. The gas grill was clean. It was too windy to build a fire. It would have been fun to use the putting green, however there were not any putters. The upper deck, side porch, and lower deck give you ample areas to visit and relax. We tried to use the Old Dairy hot tub, however the code given did not work. Other than that the trip was awesome.

Piece of Heavan

From the moment we passed through the Falconry community to our departing drive, or stay was like a little slice of heaven. Beautifully appointed and immaculate our " cottage " was deceptively grand in scale. The kitchen was spectacular and the adequate space gave our family just the roght portion of privacy and intimacy. We can go on raving and just might do that with the rest of our famiky and friends. Thank you Beth for all of your many attentions and courtesies!

Bellview Cottage.

The house was well decorated and in a great location. Very comfortable house with great views. There is a road that takes you directly to the Homestead through the neighborhood which was convenient. The property manager, Beth, was easy to communicate with and made t check in process very simple. We will definitely like to stay here again!
