An apartment located in the newly renovated Maison 226, the Ella Fitzgerald Suite features a peaceful master bedroom, an open plan living room and fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy coffee or a cold beverage while sitting under towering magnolia trees on a New Orleans style balcony, overlooking Prospect Avenue.

This is a newly built apartment in a 120-year-old historic building. Only one block from Bathhouse Row, it is nestled between the Central Avenue and Quapaw/Prospect Historical Districts. A short walk will get you to any of the dozens of Downtown and Sidetown restaurants, bars, and attractions. Enjoy the stunning Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Victorian style architecture as you stroll through the neighborhood.

You're also a short drive away from all Hot Springs has to offer, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort!

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The suite sleeps 2 comfortably.

The apartment is located on the first floor of Maison 226. There are five steps up to get into the apartment, with no wheelchair access.

We had a great stay here as it's an excellent location, walkable distance to the main street/bathhouse row. The room was great. Only issue we had was the bed is quite high and it was a struggle for me (I'm 5'5) to get in and out of bed but fortunately my husband happened to have a step stool in his trunk so that helped! Other than that we had everything we needed in this room.

Location was great. There was some problems with the internet so it made the check in process little hard. But the host answered and help me out in minutes. I spent most of my time out in town so didnt use it a lot but when i was ready to turn in and kick my feet up i could watch TV. The map doesnt do it justice on how close it is to the main street. I could stand on main and see my car parked in front of the property.

Great place. Perfect location.

Being one minute walk off Central Ave, this is the perfect home base for trips to hot springs. Everything on bathhouse row is an easy walk. The place is nice and clean. Would recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the area.

Great place just off Central Ave

My husband and I loved staying in the Ella Fitzgerald suite of this beautiful location! We were just a 5 minute walk to Central Ave and great shopping and eateries. This suite was beautifully decorated and so quiet. We felt right at home and enjoyed sitting on the front porch of our suite. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a cute place to stay in Hot Springs!

Excellent location & place!

Excellent location. We like the minimalist style of the room. Beautiful building, very clean, washer and dryer were a nice perk. Near the Gateful Head Pizzeria, which we love. The only challenge is that the bed needs a footstool because the mattress is so high that I felt like the lady from Princess and the Pea.

Lovely property, lovely stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property. It was clear that every effort had been made to ensure that guests had everything they needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One thing that stood out to us was the property's commitment to safety; the entry code system issued prior to arrival gave us peace of mind knowing that only authorized individuals could access the property. Amazing get away in Hot Springs!

We stayed in the Ella Fitzgerald Suite and it was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway to Hot Springs, we could not ask for anything more. The suite was clean and modern with a hint NOLA style, the auto-locking doors on the front and suite entrance were a great security feature (especially for those of us that misplace keys occasionally). We were steps away from everything downtown and it made it easy to drop in and change, have a nap, or just a glass of wine before we headed back out again. Looking forward to the next trip here!

We loved this place.

Five Star accommodations, comfortable, modern, quiet, easy access, and everything you would need while staying in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The home's location made it easy to get around the city, and it was only one block away from the bathhouses, the touchable hot springs, spas, restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, bars & entertainment venues. Communication with the property management was great. Maison 226 is a must-stay, especially for travelers who are wanting a great experience and not just a place to stay. We definitely would go back!

Perfect in every way!

Photos don’t do this space justice. It felt like home. Great, great, great location! It was easy to take a break from downtown, walk back to the unit, rest, and head back out. Hands down we’d stay again. Oh! And there was REAL seasoning in the cupboard! Even my teen gasped with joy when she saw it. :D Lagniappe, indeed!
