Wonderful vacation home!It is directly on the lake with easy access to docks and spectacular view of the sunrise. Hardest part of our day was deciding what to enjoy first. Lake, boating, fishing (feeding the fish in our case), beautiful pool, game room, media room, spectacular kitchen and spacious living areas for visiting with family. We could enjoy lake views from either side of house. The week went too quickly. Highly recommend this home!

Great house for the size of our family. The kitchen is well equipped the bed, bedding and pillows were all good. They had snacks and water for us when we got there which was very nice. Enjoyed the kayaks and pool. Had an issue with two of the bedrooms, being quite warm, maintenance was quick to come and check it out not able to fix the one bedroom, but the other one they were able to take care of, efficient easy communication.

There was one toilet that was disgusting the grill outside was filthy, the pilot on the stove keep going out. The pool left the bottom of our feet blue. We were deceived by the size of the pool n had to pay extra lfor the heating of the pool n use of elevator if we wanted it. There were extreme amounts of petty rules that threatened our deposit .

Great experience for a weekend getaway

Our group of 10 had a wonderful time at Marlin Houzz. The home had more than enough space for our group and is perfectly located away from town but close enough for daily excursions. The high quality of the kitchen appliances is a definite plus. We would absolutely stay again.

Awesome house on the lake!

The house was everything we expected and more. Even with a large family we had plenty of room. The kitchen was nice with all the cooking equipment you could ask for. We cooked many meals of family favorites and clean up was a breeze with the two dishwashers. We enjoyed the infinity pool and spent many hours of the day in and around it. We rented a pontoon boat and spent a few days on the lake pulling kids on the tube. Enjoyed riding and seeing the beautiful homes around the lake as well. We do plan to book again in the future.

8/10 Bra

The property was fabulous.

The property was fabulous. I would highly recommend an exterminator asap. You have a serious ant problem in the master bath and various rooms downstairs. There are spiders running around in the downstairs den off the kitchen as well. The Team was fantastic and extremely helpful
