We followed up with the homeowners, who wanted to share this feedback: - The pool is currently closed due to COVID, and we have no control over this. There has been much discussion regarding when to reopen, and it is still a fluid situation. - We do show the proximity to the bridge in the listing, and have never had a complaint regarding the noise before. We're sorry if this made your stay less enjoyable. - We can assure you the carpet is vacuumed after each guest and was recently shampooed and steam-cleaned as well. Unfortunately, it still has a few stains that we are unable to remove. We hope to replace it in the future, but COVID and a busy rental schedule have that difficult this year.
