This is a newly built 3 bedroom with large bonus room upstairs that’s counted as a 4th bedroom which also has a 1/2 bath connected to it. Sleeps 12 people total. It has a large open living area/dining/kitchen space that’s open and perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pot & pans, utensils and extra mixing and large baking bowls for large groups. One of the extra bedrooms does have a full pack n play and high chair, baby swing and toys for your young babies. The deck is huge and seats 10+ people. It has a gas grill and 6 person hot tub. Below the deck is a huge fire pit with 6 chairs and a large stack of firewood to make the perfect fire. Inside there’s a gas log fireplace perfect for those cold winter nights! The master bathroom has a large deep jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower you will love! ❤️ The garage has a workout/gym area with a squat rack, bench, dumbbells and bands for a nice morning workout. Easily sleeps 12 but will allow more than that with PreApproval. Reservations with over 5 guest will have a group fee charged of $200 once the reservation is made please make sure to read through the entire reservation for all pricing and rules and regulations.
