Cozy 1940's cottage, nestled in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy the convenience of our location being minutes to downtown and just a few blocks to Oaklawn Casino and Racetrack. A short drive to any of our 3 lakes... Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine, and Lake Ouachita. So many Fabulous local restaurant's within the downtown area, along with some great local breweries and distillery's. Easy access with a door keypad. Please note, to access the backyard, u have to go out of the kitchen door. We have a open kitchen with all your basics, including pots pans, toaster, microwave, blender, wine and bar accessories and a stocked coffee bar( fresh ground and K-cups provided) . Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided.
Wi-fi and Roku tv's ( u can log into ur accounts) in the living space and both bedrooms. Cozy living space with plenty of seating. Washer/dryer with pods and dryer sheets. Plenty of drawers and closet space for each bedroom. Completely fenced back yard with a charcoal grill for your use and a patio table and chairs. There is a long second drive that can accommodations a boat or extra parking. Our carport is a dusk till dawn so no light switch
