We loved staying at the home due to the location, game room, fire area and kayaks. We had a couple minor issues and received more than one message asking us to send a message to the host within 24 hours to fix anything. We made a point to do that but didn’t hear back for over 24 hours and one of the issues (animal poop covering the deck) impacted our ability to use the kayaks. We also asked twice about paying the fee advertised for a late checkout but never received a response. Someone did come and wash the deck and fix the other items the last day of our stay. That made kayaking much more pleasant!I would also have preferred upgraded bedding but what we had was adequate. The master picture shows different bedding than what is on the bed. I wish I would have known how it actually looked and could have brought my own bedding. There were also several non perishable food items that some guests would enjoy. My preference is to have a cleaner kitchen without the opened food and added clutter. But that’s just a preference for others to be aware of!Overall if the beds were upgraded we would stay again!

Amazing place

Our family had an amazing getaway here! The home had so much to offer. The adults enjoyed the quiet mornings on the porch drinking coffee enjoying the views of the lake while the boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. The younger kids loved the game room and making s’mores in the fire pit. There was something for everyone which made it the perfect place for our family. The owners were extremely easy to work with and house was very clean. I highly recommend.

Enjoyable lakeside weekend

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Hamilton. The house had plenty of room to relax and visit with family. We spent lots of time on the huge back porch looking at the lake. It was very quiet and close to everything we needed. The grocery store is a half a mile. We will be back to enjoy Hot Springs again!

Relaxing and fun

This house and the location are perfect for relaxing and having fun! It is a great size for a family or a couple. When researching where to stay for our weekend getaway, I chose this house for the outdoor space and the game room. Our intent was good but we never used the game room. All of our time was spent on the back deck overlooking the lake relaxing. The deck is the full length of the house. The hot tub is in a private area off the master bedroom on one end and the grill and dining table off the kitchen on the other end with a comfortable sitting area in the middle. We really enjoyed the two person hammock and fishing off the end of the dock (we caught fish!). Unfortunately, we ran out of time and did not get to use the kayaks or fire pit. The location of the house is convenient to stores, the racetrack/casino and numerous restaurants. The house was exceptionally clean with comfortable furniture and the basic necessities in the kitchen for cooking. The hosts did an outstanding job staying in contact and making sure we were enjoying our weekend.If you are looking for a home that has great outdoor space, plenty of entertainment and comfort inside and a convenient location I would definitely recommend this one!

Beautiful home in quiet cove

Home is comfortable with plenty of seating and room to sleep. It is in a quiet cove with an incredible back deck, fire pit and shallow water dock. I would recommend this home to anyone that has a group looking for a quiet place to stay that is only a short drive to both Oaklawn and downtown.

Spring Break Vacation

We took our three teenagers (plus a friend) here. We all had a wonderful time. The lake was beautiful. The house provided plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was great. Would highly recommend for large groups.

Enjoyed our stay on Lake Hamilton!

A lovely, clean home on a small, quiet cove on Lake Hamilton close to Hot Springs. We loved the huge deck outside with a warming hot tub as it was quite cold the first couple of days of our stay. I highly recommend a cold plunge in the lake (early March) after the hot tub. We ate on the deck several times and had plenty of seating at the large table. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had ample towels (including beach towels), toilet paper, soap, and all other necessities. The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub - perfect for bathing littles. The beds were comfortable. The game room was fun, with all sorts of games and comfy chairs and a nice tv. We enjoyed the fire pit outside, and the privacy of the address - it's in a quiet, small neighborhood off Central Avenue, where you could find restaurants, shopping, etc. All together, it was a great family trip.

Great Family Vacay

We had a great time enjoying Lake Hamilton as a family. Enjoying the outdoors was a real treat at this home. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, and the game room was a hit for all of us. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away a bit and enjoy the surrounding Hot Springs area.

Cozy with a great location

It’s a beautiful home! Very clean. The deck out back was wonderful. Lots of activities provided: a closet full of games, kayaks, and the game room is awesome. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Over all it felt very homey and we had a great time! The only thing I would note is that the “portable twin bed” that is mentioned in the description isn’t a twin- it’s a very small fold out cot with thin mattress. Which isn’t a big deal at all, but an adult won’t be comfortable using it. We will definitely be back!

Family weekend get away

The property was great! We especially loved all the outside living area. The common rooms were spacious and comfy. The game room was a fun experience. It was very clean and was just as we expected from the pictures and descriptions.

Amazing Home and Location

The house is as great as it looks in the pictures! Plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out and have our own private spaces. Nicely decorated and furniture was comfortable and stylish. Kayaks were a hit with my teenagers, they went out several times and explored/fished. If you’re into fishing I recommend bringing poles, the kids caught some bluegill off the dock! Game room was another hit! Teens played ping pong for hours. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Located in a nice little cove just off the main waterway, the area felt safe and accessible. Grocery store within 5 minute drive. 100% would stay here again!
