“No toast for break”

“The hotel staff we’re helpful and let us change rooms every night. However this was because something wasn’t OK in any of the rooms. What it was changed - in one it turned out cars on the parking lot outside the window that let there engines run for some time (it was a very cold night) meant the exhausts went straight into the room. In the second room someone had ruined the water tap for the shower. The hotel would benefit from a makeover.”

“Towels smelled like a typical hotel fragrance. Clorine and stale. Nice thick material. Like the soap dispensers. Liked the kitchen. Spacious room overall. Design of bathroom could have been better. Mirror lights very functional. The front desk lady and gentleman were welcoming.”

“My daughter and I were in town for one night to tour RPI. We certainly chose well with our overnight accommodations. Although the house is quaint, extra clean, and decorated perfectly, the star of our stay was the innkeeper, John. From the moment we walked in, it was like seeing an old friend. John was friendly, kind and took excellent care of us. His hospitality made us want to come back again....very soon. ”

“Every staff interaction was excellent... check-in (let me check in at 2:25 as that fit my busy weekend), 4am check-out (had just made a fresh pot of excellent coffee that I enjoyed while waiting for my ride to the airport) and the high energy, positive, cheery woman running around doing all sorts of work at the breakfast service. ”

“Kanonfräscht hotell med trevlig personal. De ringde t o m upp efter vi checkat in och kollade så att allt var Ok ,,Bra frukost ingår och gratis wifi ... Ligger ju inte i centrum men bra pris för ett toppen hotell ..”

“Ett bra hotell med prisvärd frukost som du kan stå dig hela dagen på. Finns även en trevlig sportsbar i anslutning till hotellet. Ligger nära universitetet RPI, vilket var anledningen till att vi bodde där”
