“I didn't have a stay. You booked a hotel with no availability. Fraud investigation. You need to release my money. Drove all the way there only to find out they had no rooms and you had put my money on hold. Saying no cancelation. But the room was never booked by the hotel. ”

“Clean room always (second stay at this property) although they weren’t ready by 4pm check-in. Lot is always full of trash,cans overflowing and not swept or maintained in elevators or halls/stairs. I’m not sure granola bars and old coffee are breakfast but thank goodness there’s WaWa up the road!
Check-in is fast and easy.
Pool area shouldn’t allow alcoholic beverages and they should be mindful to let guests know to be more courteous of others.
People living on property have become comfortable...

“Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.”
