“We traveled in the off season, The check-in address provided by Hotels.com was for summer travel. We called and were redirected to the correct check in location. The lodge is an older building and showing signs of wear though it is very clean and well maintained. We stayed one night as it was an overnight shopping trip. We will certainly go again for the convenience to our destination.”

Though I had to fight with my door and lift it to get the door locked I was able. My keys didn’t want to work half the time either but the customer service I received from that was great. “We had a great stay on Tripp Lake. House was clean and well cared for and we were surprised and pleased there was AC in the main bedroom. The location was unbeatable — back door was literally steps from the lake and the lake was the star of the trip. We spent the day on the deck, on the dock, or in the water. Host was available and helpful. Would come again!”
