“Overall not bad. The keyless door lock was a bit of a nuisance, didn’t always unlock on first try, not the quietest room, but served my purpose. Last night there a group came and occupied the two rooms across from me and were extremely loud until 2am or so, didn’t get much sleep.
Overall acceptable and probably will stay again.”

The room was great except for the thumping from kids running in the suite above us. They said these rooms were soundproofed, but the noise was quite noticeable.

“A beautiful historic hotel, we found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, comfortable suite (ours had a kitchen) and loved that we could do laundry at the onsite laundry machines. We could walk everywhere in old Charlottetown, and parking was free at the hotel. I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone I know travelling to PEI.”
