“Had to change rooms because we had kids running around and jumping off the bed. Then the new room was on next to an ice machine that made noises randomly at night. Breakfast was lacking. There was variety but when we got there around 9 there was nothing available.
It was clean, the staff was okay, but not sure I'd come back. We only stayed 1 night.

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better.
The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

“This is a very nice place to stay, either for travel from CVG or for a getaway. From the second we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff, the place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Checkin was a breeze, they were super accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport for an early am flight, and all that was before we got to the room! The room itself is very nicely laid out, comfy and well apportioned. We had the shower with sprays, it was fantastic!...
