“This hotel needs a serious upgrade. We reserved a queen “suite” which was literally a queen room, with a sofa bed with a fridge and microwave. I’m still trying to figure out what made it a suite. We had to book another room to accommodate our family. And then there was mold! Quite a few rooms had mold… visible mold throughout. Then there was a leak in the ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend or return.”

“Staff- when I arrived at the front desk, I let the receptionist know I had reservations. And she said "I won't be able to check you in until I have a clean room available".
