“Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed.
Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city.
Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this.

“During my recent stay at the Fairfield, I found the staff to be consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. However, the experience was significantly impacted by an ongoing issue with the hot water in my room. Throughout my stay, I was repeatedly without hot water, and several of my colleagues expressed that they were dealing with the same problem in their rooms as well.

“Room was clean but you could tell it hasn't been DEEP cleaned in a while.
Bed was comfy, breakfast was meh, ok if you cant afford to go out and need to save a few bucks.
People living on the property.
Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms.
I couldnt tell if the full hour long conversation in the hall and constant slamming doors was guests, staff, residence, or what.
I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available. ”
