“Breakfast was cold and when asked a staff member if adding more of an item she said no because it was frozen. It was barely 8:30am
She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling
Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day.
