“Our room was clean and the staff were accommodating. The barista accidentally left paper on our cheese slice in the sandwich for breakfast but quickly corrected it and was very apologetic. We appreciated the service and hospitality we received. Thank you!”

“The hotel is easy to find and holds good quality. Cleaning very good of the room and comfortable bed even if I dont really appreciate that the blanket just has a sheet over and not is really "tucked in/covered". Parking is free but was difficult to find when it was a wedding/event at the hotel during the w-e. Took a package with breakfast included, do not recommend that, below average regarding service and quality of breakfast and in the end was charged for breakfast and took long time to sort...

“The pool was dirty, the shower water was cold, the shower & jet tub had strands of hair in it. The floors were unclean, the ice machine was broken. The WiFi SUCKED A & didn’t work at all had to use my hotspot. The staff barely wanted to do their jobs it took 4 hrs & 3 calls down to the front desk for me to finally receive towels for my room. I asked housekeeping to clean out my tub while I went on a food run I came back to the tub being the same way I left it. Overall terrible stay do not...

“Stayed for one night for an event and our room was not properly cleaned. I did not feel comfortable staying in that room, to the point that I did not sleep well. Tub, sink and bathroom floor was dirty. The desk chair had some sort of goo on it. The sheets did not smell or feel clean.”

“Room was clean. Onsite restaurant was convenient. We didn't hear much road noise and the staff was knowledgeable. The bed was really good, felt just like home.”

“Nice comfy bed. Good that they have a fridge and a stove and microvave, allthough you have to pay to get the essentials like plates, forks, fryingpans and so on... Most of the staff were vey nice! There was one lady in the reception that had kind of like an attitude, maybe she was on her period? Otherwise walking disstance from the univeristy of Michigan wich was the most important thing to me!”

“Nothing unique. Place smelled of people smoking pot. Halls reeked, elevator, it was disgusting. Asked for extra towels I was given two for 5 nights. Breakfast was rationed out and not worth it. I would stay far away from this hotel”
