“The hotel was basically quiet and comfortable with a courteous and helpful staff. While I did not request it, I was assigned a fully accessible room. Hopefully no one else needed that room that evening. Due to the lack of lip/pan in the shower (appropriate for an accessible room) the water pooled all over the bathroom floor even though I tried to be careful. Although a false alarm, which was quickly handled by the staff, I could have done without the 6:30 a.m. fire alarm!”

“Check-in was super easy. The desk worker was very friendly. I asked for the ground floor. She also brought us extra pillows. It is no frills, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The house seems to be a work in process, as missing handles, caulking the bathroom floor etc. Was clean, only one room has closet space. Needed more dishes, pot holders and to go through their shelves. Advertised as pet friendly for both cats and dogs, however a day before we arrived we got instructions to keep the pets off the furniture, not sure how you do that with cats. If we had known this we would have booked else where.”
