“We booked this hotel for one night based only on previous positive reviews on Hotels.com. We found out that all good that was said by others was true.
We used the hotel's busines centre computer to order tickets for an event in Chicago, but it turned out that we could only pring e-mails, not PDF files. Panic! Did we just waste over 400 USD? “I had a great stay at this Fairfield. I live in west TN but had surgery in Chicago and needed to stay somewhat close for the night before going home. I am on crutches because I had a hip replaced and the front desk put me in a room right off the lobby and in front of the breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable, I’m having my other hip done and I’ll be staying there again. ”
