“We stayed here while on a 3 weeks trip out west. This was by far the worst stay. The staff was super nice and helpful. But the property is going through a renovation and it’s not good. The room smelled like old musty smoke. The hallways were dark, black and gray. The toilet struggled to flush. The lighting was not good. The shower surround reminded me of the 1980s. “We had reserved a handicapped accessible room. That is not what we got. The shower did not have a seat or a handheld shower head. The toilet was not a raised, ADA toilet. The vanity counter was not wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom floor was very slick when I got it wet walking to get a towel. There was no nightlight in the bathroom for nighttime toilet trips.
