These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit.”

“Upon checking with two young children at 11pm was told our reservation was canceled and we needed to call Expedia they offered no help at all even seeing my two children sleeping. We called Expedia to be told nothing was wrong with our reservation so finally front desk gives us room we go to check in key doesn’t work, come back up still doesn’t work, came back again oh it’s not that room it’s another we knocked on door because we heard people in there

“As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. “The property wax 20 to 30 min from any retail or restaurants. the onsite restaurant did not take cash only debit card or cc with a 3 % surcharge.
access to the room was far from where parking was offered and up 2 flights if stairs down long hallways. %he holiday barbecue wax supposed to run until 8 pm. We arrived at 740pm and they had already closed down. We had to drive off property to get A meal.
the room had no balcony access, a small microwave and fridge and 1 chair. Room service did not...
