“This is my favorite spot in all of Ethiopia. It was my second stay at this hotel and proved to be as special as the first. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. The view from the balcony is extraordinary with crows, eagles and hawks flying at by. The morning coffee was delicious and everyone was extremely accommodating and kind. I highly recommend.”

“This was the very worst I have experienced in a long time. Called Hotels.com to get out of that garbage hotel … waiting 30’ and disconnected, then over 60’ to hear that since it was paid, it could not be refunded. I left after one night of fighting with mosquitoes for hours, in a bedroom that was abject, and an owner/manager that was most unresponsive. You, Hotels.com, have a responsibility to corrrctly inform your customers. You should be ashamed to recommend such a place!”

“Lalibela är ett fantastiskt ställe och Lal ligger på gångavstånd från de sevärda klippkyrkorna. Men hotellet skulle behöva en uppryckning. Poolen innehåller inget vatten. Takterrassen har inga stolar. Rummet städas inte varje dag. Vårt rum för två har bara en tekopp. Wifi som ska finnas över hela hotellet finns bara i lobbyn och inte alltid. “Not the greatest hotel. Very tired looking and over priced. I had to change rooms several times just to get a toilet seat! The process with hotels.com wasn’t great either.
