“I loved how clean the rooms were and the comfortable beds. Staff were always very courteous and professional.
I gave only 4 stars....because poop bags being provided in case travelers forgot theirs would really be a small but very helpful thing to provide which most hotels which allow pets do.
Also...better snack selection for if your food area is closed. I know you could do this because other comfort inns do it and most hotels have a more extensive selection of things that are a bit more...

“The bathroom had mold on the walls of the shower and you can tell they put new caulking over old caulking/mold to clean it up. The grout in the bathroom tiles were dirty and the vent in the room dusty. Tub clogged fast and sinks as well. The bed skirts looked old and musty. The base floor smelled like the pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland. IYKYK. :/ I’m assuming this is because of the indoor pool??
