“The front desk found a way to get us a first floor room because my mother is handicap and not able to use stairs. *No Elevator* Our room smelled like mold and had cobwebs in every corner. It also did not have a fridge. * It was sitting outside the room broken*
I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper because there was none. I really thought highly of the man for helping us out, so I did not complain.”

“The staff was nice and helpful. The room floor was filthy, my white socks were black on the bottom after seconds of walking on the floor. There was hair left in the bathtub and sink. You could not connect to the wifi in our room. The water park smelled of urine. The indoor pool and hot tub in the driftwood building was enjoyable. “Booked a room for my mother and my son to go swim. The pool was ice cold. They refused to turn the heater on in the pool and argued with my mom so the water was freezing. The room was flooded. Had to switch rooms. There was workers there at 1 AM outside banging on trailers so there was no sleep. And 6am the workers are back outside banging. Muddy boots in the hallway and the hotel staff are rude and could care less.”
