“Likes: clean room, excellent toiletries, bedding, and space. Nice staff and a great breakfast. Parking validated by room card with no problems. Heck of a view on the 13th floor. Gorgeous restoration.
Dislikes: all the drunks at the bar across the street take up all the curbside parking in front of the hotel so you have to park in the side lot to unload. Super inconvenient if it’s late or you have mobility issues, etc. Not a fun experience there. Same for loading and leaving. Also our...

“The room needed more attention. The carpet needed to be shampooed. When walking on it my feet would turn black. Would be a wonderful place. If the outside was cleaned up. There is really no good place to walk your dog without getting a bunch of stickers. And they would be tracked into the room.The trash outside could be picked up. The cleaning staff were very nice. Just clean it up!”

“They have made poor decisions on breakfast. Removed biscuits and gravy or eggs and bacon or sausage.
McDonalds serves better.
Removed second waffle machine. This causes backup with people waiting in line.
There was no creamer only milk or half and half. They used to serve flavored creamer.
They moved breakfast to 6:30 a.m and that causes a rush when people are heading out for their work.
For example they had sausage or a crousant sandwich with ham. Nothing to go with the sausage.

“Staff was ok didn’t take long to check in, the problem arose when I walked in to our room. At first it seemed clean enough. Later on I went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the counter . Gross but I didn’t make a big deal about it .around 5am i Went to the restroom, I turn the light on and there’s at least 5-6 cockroaches scattered around the bathroom! Honestly got my wife up and we left immediately. Truly disgusting”

“We reserved in advance knowing that we would want to enjoy the pool and the hot tub, but on arrival found neither was working. They "needed a part" we were told. Neither looked like it had been operating for some time. When I asked how long they had been broken, the staff member said she really couldn't say. Couldn't or wouldn't?
