“This is a charmig country side hotel with lovely staff. But it's rather worn down. Some rooms to hot and other cold. I was lucky getting a cold one, around 18 deg C, and a good sleep with great Beddinge. The ambience is terrible. It's located just at a motorway junction. I tried to take a walk. The hotel is fenced and the only way is by the road. 10 min to some poor coffees. They do have a restaurant and spa which I didn't try.”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. “My husband and I stayed here recently while visiting a friend who lives just a short walk away, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The bed was a little more firm that we are used to, but that seems to be a common thing we encountered with UK beds, in general and is not a complaint about this establishment in any way. The owner was very helpful and pleasant, and we would definitely consider staying here again for future visits!”
