“The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It is very outdated and shows its age. The staff is never at the front desk so you will be waiting if and when you have an issue. My sink backed up in the middle of the night with water all over the floor and countertop. It took over an hour for them to fix and the only compensation I received for the inconvenience was a fresh set of towels. Not worth the price they are charging. Convenience is the only reason to stay here, and that isn't worth it anymore...

“Horrible hotel stay. Super ran down. Breakfast options were little… yogurt and fruit. Fruit was brown! Also, after I checked out, they charged my debit card for who knows what. I’ve called numerous times only to be told that the manager is not in and will return my call on Friday. Which was supposed to be 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Needless to say, staff were not helpful with the issue.”

“Nice location in downtown so you can walk around. This is on the river which was a plus.
Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I was billed twice and that was a hassle correcting but they finally were able to credit me.
My room was very nice. Decent value.
I could hear a TV in the adjoining room all day and night for some reason. That was very annoying. Other than the noise issue I enjoyed my stay.”

“This was overall a great hotel, but they did not empty our garbage on a daily basis or do any tidying up as they would normally do. We stayed two nights and our garbage was overflowing, and we ran out of towels.
We wanted to relax and watch a movie in the evening, but it did not have good reception so it kept spinning and spinning before the movie would come on. The movie would load and then it would start spinning again and we had to sit there and wait a few minutes in order for it to come...
