“Check in was very efficient and the clerk was friendly. The property is definitely dated and needs some help. I was in an upstairs room with outside steps/door. The walkway had been patched in many places. The metal steps were rusty. The bed was flat and hard. If you are just looking for a place to sleep period, it might be ok, but I will not stay there again.”

“Room was clean, Bed wasn't horrible, area was easy to get around, Walls are paper thin, could hear people above me, next to me and walking the halls like door was open.
TV didn't work and fridge didn't get cold after 5 hours,
Other than those few little things it wasn't horrible, I've stayed at worse for a lot more.”

“I appreciate how close it is to SMSU. I liked it had a restaurant. The shower itself was nice but the wallpaper is peeling in bathroom. The toilet required a trick to work. The walls are super thin. The A/c unit would not allow for continuous fan to help address the thin walls. Furniture looked like it had not been dusted. Staff were helpful.”
