“L'hébergement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de l'entrée sud du parc. Le coin est paisible et la vue sur Torres del paine est splendide lorsque ce n'est pas nuageux. Le Check-in est a 15h et pas avant (non négociable). La dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils sur notre séjour. Le chauffage est une climatisation réversible qui ne chauffe pas suffisamment le soir dès que la nuit tombe (pour les plus frileux). Nous n'avons pas eu de problème d'eau...

“Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. ”

“A very unique, quaint, comfortable accommodation in a perfect location! The new owner Norlly was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, tours… She is gradually updating the entire property. We arrived early and she kindly had a room made ready. Breakfast was very good (eggs included- omelette was yummy! There is also a lovely lunch/tea room here. Coffee & tea were always a available as was a common fridge to use. Beds, linens & towels were clean & of good quality....
