My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. “It is a new property. There is construction still going on in adjacent units. The apartment was warm and cozy, perfect for winter. Hot water supply was very good. It is located a short walk from the main shopping street and the bus station. “Lee and his wife made our stay here incredible. They were so kind and gave excellent recommendations for shops and restaurants in town. They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. They truly gave us peace of mind on our trip that we were going to be taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ”

“Positivo: -Recepcionista nos deixou entrar no apto para usarmos banheiro e trocar nossas roupas após longa viagem, mesmo o apto não estando pronto para o check in.
