“We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. “There is no individual room air conditioning and the staff said it was set at 68 which is impossible as the room was at 75 with my thermometer. Huge gap below the door so had to plug it for the night. Bathroom toilet seat was stained and burned. Floor was gritty and there were spill stains on the wall. The whole building is not maintained.
